 Job Overview:

As a Solutions Consultant, you will be instrumental in driving the sales growth within your assigned territory. This role blends clinical expertise with a strong sales acumen, focusing on visiting clients, understanding their needs, and providing tailored Tobii Dynavox solutions. You will increase awareness, foster strong relationships, and ultimately ensure that clients receive the speech-generating devices that best meet their needs.

 Responsibilities:

• Achieve sales target by proactively working in assigned territory, building strong customer relationships, conducting consultative sales visits, and utilizing solid product knowledge to match customer needs with product capabilities.
• Maintain and enhance customer relationships with therapists, assistive device consultants, medical and educational personnel, and institutions.
• Conduct targeted visits to potential clients to assess needs, demonstrate products, and guide them in selecting the most appropriate solutions.
• Support the sales process by offering expert advice, demonstrations, and assessments in end user trials.
• Plan, execute, and participate in training activities, conferences, and workshops that promote the use of Tobii Dynavox solutions for Augmentative and Alternative Communication (AAC).
• Develop and implement strategies to increase the awareness and adoption of Tobii Dynavox products within the China.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Rehabilitation, Special Education, Speech & Language Therapy, Occupational Therapy, Rehabilitation Engineering, or related field.
• At least 3 years of experience in special education, speech therapy, occupational therapy, or a related assistive technology field.
• Strong interpersonal, collaboration, and team-building skills.
• Self-driven, goal-oriented, with a proven track record in a consultative sales role.
• Willingness to travel frequently to meet with clients and attend events.
• Fluency in English, both verbal and written.
