Experience: 5+ years of relevant experience

​Requirements:

1. ​Education:

   • Bachelor’s/Master’s degree from 211/985 universities, STEM background (Mechanical Engineering preferred).

2. ​Experience:

   • 5+ years of experience in manufacturing/plant operations with quality management (QE, SQE, etc.).
   • Cross-departmental or cross-industry experience is a plus.

3. ​Skills:

   • Proficient in ISO/IATF 16949 standards and manufacturing processes.
   • Self-driven with strong problem-solving skills.
   • Fast learner adaptable to new environments and tasks.
   • Capable of conducting factory audits and resolving complex quality issues.

4. ​Language:

   • Fluent in English for client communication and business hospitality activities.
   • Foreign professionals fluent in Chinese or candidates with Nordic work/study experience are highly preferred.

5. ​Others:

   • Willing to travel and manage supply chain issues via client meetings.
   • Cross-functional collaboration skills to lead supplier improvement projects.
   • Ability to write and review English reports.

​Responsibilities:

1. ​Client & Supply Chain Management:

   • Conduct regular client meetings to address supply chain issues and ensure timely response.
   • Lead cross-functional collaboration to drive supplier improvements.

2. ​Supplier Audit & Quality Management:

   • Conduct supplier audits and resolve quality issues to ensure continuous improvement.

3. ​Client Development & Hospitality:

   • Strengthen client partnerships through business hospitality activities (e.g., exhibition visits).

4. ​Projects & Reporting:

   • Lead long-term quality improvement projects and prepare English reports for review.

5. ​Cross-functional Support:

   • Collaborate with internal teams to support cross-departmental projects.
