Key responsibilities
1) Analyzing the market demand of mini excavators in Europe, America and Australia, studying
competitors and industry development trends, and redesigning or introducing differentiated hydraulic
excavators for the local market.
2) Carry out the overall scheme design, overall layout, whole machine calculation etc., and establish
APQP, FMEA and other management systems and promote the implementation.
3) Responsible for the development of excavator-team, led the team to implement APQP, FMEA and
other product quality design tools, and establishing collaborative development process based on risk
analysis.

Key Requirements:
1) Experience in overall product development, project management or NPI manager, be familiar with
overall product planning, design, vehicle performance verification, development process reliability
growth, risk control, APQP quality planning process, and understand the technical standards and
trends of European and American mini excavator.
2) Led the successful experience of at least one mini excavator project, with technical abilities
including machine level, layout performance, configuration, matching and calculation, good project
management ability and communication and coordination ability, able to deal with complex and
sensitive problems.
3) More than 10 years of experience in excavator development, have a deep understanding of
products, systems, applications and customers, able to solve the problems of applicability
improvement and product performance improvement in the process of product introduction into the
market.
