Responsibilities | As Sales and Business Development and Sales Manager you shall achieve growth and strive to hit agreed sales targets. With the support of Marketing and your Regional Director as well as other related functions within the Group you will implement a strategy to do this. - Conduct sales activities as per Group sales policies and regulations, strive to meet individual KPI targets.
- Participate in the design of sales & marketing plan for the selected industries and implement the plans proactively and effectively.
- Establish new accounts by reviewing market analyses and determining customer needs and potential sales. Follow up the development & business opportunities.
- Prepare and present technical and sales presentations at industry seminars and to customers.
- Collect industry info as related to trends, new technologies, marketing and competition. Create industry analysis report and update it in a regular basis.
- Participates in trade shows and other marketing activities to increase brand awareness and market share.
- Work with customer service and other internal supporting department closely, ensure good buying experience and high level of customer satisfaction is achieved.
- Support customer service and financial department on the collection of payment.
- Other duties as assigned by superior.

COMPETENCE REQUIREMENTS |
LANGUAGES | Native language English – proficiency (written and spoken) |
COMPETENCES | - College Degree or above with Min five years of business development, sales and marketing experience in Forwarding,Logistics or Manufacturing industry. Automotive, Electronics and Electricals, Machinert, etc. will be a bonus.
- Solid mindset, knowledge and skills in value-selling and solution selling, and the proved experience will be preferred.
- Business development and new customer acquization skills and experience is the essential.
- Knowledge & wide connection in one or two industries among Automotive, Agriculture, Electronics,Machinery and Garments is a Must.
- Working experience in a multinational company is preferred.
- Team player, strong self-driven, able to work and deliver result under pressure.
- Efficient time and priority management skills.
- Excellent communication skills in Chinese and English (verbal and written).
