JOB PURPOSE:

• We are looking for a Product Technical Manager who will work closely with our Production, Quality, and Project Managers.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Review Product technical feasibility.
• Develop process improvements to enhance manufacturing efficiency and implement it in practice.
• Quickly address and resolve technical issues that arise during production.
• Support in resolving customer complaints efficiently.
• Collaborate with the quality inspection team to conduct quality checks and provide final approvals during sampling and production stages.
• Provide technical support to project managers and quality inspectors.
• Ensure all products comply with relevant industry standards.
• Complete other work tasks assigned by superiors.

KEY REQUIREMENTS:

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a technical or product management within consumer goods or other related industry.
• Have a strong understanding of manufacturing process, materials, drawings and design principals and have high attention to detail, particularly in quality and technical evaluations.
• Intermediary English is required.
• Position is based in Shanghai with occasional traveling.
