Key responsibilities:

  • Optimize supply chain efficiency, negotiate pricing, contract terms, achieve cost saving without compromising on quality.
  • Maintain strong relationship with existing suppliers and identify new potential suppliers and establish long-term relationships with them.
  • Monitor project progress and timelines, provide regular project updates to customers and communicate challenges and solutions as required.
  • Provide regular updates to senior management highlighting key milestones, challenges and opportunities.
  • Lead our glass team, providing guidance, support and identify opportunities for improving team performance.

 

Key Requirements:

  • Bachelors' degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Engineering or a related field.
  • Experience in sourcing or manufacturing industry. Experience in packaging industry is a plus.
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and analytical skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
  • Detail-oriented and strong problem-solving skills.
  • Fluent in both Chinese and English.
