Your Role

Ÿ Expedite purchase orders prior to delivery to ensure that the parts are available to achieve the production plan.

Ÿ Proactively initiate actions to minimize material shortages and prevent production delays.

Ÿ Instigate material deliveries by releasing calls/mails against blanket supply orders in accordance with established SAP buy messages.

Ÿ SAP Master data maintenance.

Ÿ Assist in clearing receiving and invoice discrepancies.

Ÿ Manage and control designated lineside stocks and floor stock to meet agreed levels of inventory and clear the COGI timely in SAP.

Ÿ Proactively participate and contribute to the company’s success by driving towards aggressive improvement targets and be a part of the customer focused culture creation.

Ÿ Manage OOB and provide necessary OI report.

Ÿ Take care of system products/spare parts production and delivery. Actively coordinate with relevant departments to achieve the delivery target.

Ÿ Take care of shipment issue with supporting of logistic department.

To succeed, you will need

Educational requirements

University degree (Bachelor/Masters).

Experience requirements

1. At least 3 years working experience in a manufacturing environment, preferably electro/mechanical assembly is preferred.

2. Working knowledge of an MRP based manufacturing control system, ideally SAP.

3. A good understanding of production planning and inventory management principles.

4. Good command of English is preferred.

5. Rich experience in data processing is preferred.

Knowledge

Good knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel and PowerPoint), Knowledge in SAP.
