Your Role

Ÿ Analysis, dispose and improvement in production site.a) FPY issue analysis

b) poor incoming material analysis

c) YD created for import material

d) tooling design & improvement

e) action for internal & external audit

Ÿ Process definition and improvement and updated OMS.

Ÿ EC change & localization project tracking and follow up in production site.

Ÿ Create the job qualification for operator/provide training to operator / Monitoring and regular evaluation.

Ÿ Creation and maintenance production BOM \Routing according to the requirement in SAP.

Ÿ Improve production cost included process and work time.

Ÿ New technology learning & application.

Ÿ Flow optimization & standard define.

Ÿ Product transfer – realize the new products production.

Ÿ Take part in LEAN project improvement and carry out/push.

Ÿ Near miss findings and improvement for production site.

Ÿ Customer compliance case analysis & action, 8D report finished.

Ÿ Lead and organize production of internal and external meeting for engineering technology.

Ÿ VTS related project.

Ÿ Other works assigned by Supervisor.

To succeed, you will need

Ÿ Bachelor's degree major in mechanical or related industrial department.

Ÿ Minimum 5 years engineer experience.

Ÿ Strong teamwork spirit and good communication skills.

Ÿ Fluent in both written and oral English.

Ÿ The whole manufacturing process.
