- Mission

As Project Manager, your mission will be to analyze the business requirements in transforming IT to business value, drive the projects and deliver the expected values within the agreed timeline, scope and budget.

- Responsibilities

o Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of multiple projects

o Ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget

o Definition of project scope and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility

o Ensure resource availability and allocation

o Develop the detailed project plan to monitor and track progress

o Manage changes to the project scope, schedule, and costs using appropriate verification techniques

o Measure performance using appropriate project management tools and techniques

o Report and escalate to management as needed

o Manage the relationship with the business and relevant stakeholders

o Perform risk management to minimize potential risks

o Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation

o Track project performance, specifically to analyze the successful completion of short and long-term goals

o Meet budgetary objectives and adjust project constraints based on financial analysis

o Attend conferences and training as required to maintain proficiency

- Skill / Educational requirements

o Minimum 4 years proven track record as a project manager and/or equivalent roles

o Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills

o Excellent written, verbal communication and presentation skills

o Solid organizational skills including attention to details and multitasking skills

o Strong working knowledge of Microsoft 365

o Experience with project management software tools

o Project Management Professional (PMP)

o Bachelor's Degree or higher in appropriate field of study
