Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and carry out sales/marketing plan for European customers who are active in the Building & Facilities business in construction market.
- Prepare proposals, participate in tenders, and negotiate contracts.
- Manage customer relationship, with a focus on key accounts.
- Participate in seminars, presentations, etc. representing the company.
- Collect market information and conduct market studies.
Key Requirements:
- German and/or French speaker.
- Civil, Mechanical or Electrical engineering degree or a business degree with working experience in real estate / construction industry.
- 2+ years relevant work experience in the field of project management/execution and/or sales in building (material) industry.
- Good interpersonal and business negotiation/communication skills.
