Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and carry out sales/marketing plan for European customers who are active in the Building & Facilities business in construction market.
• Prepare proposals, participate in tenders, and negotiate contracts.
• Manage customer relationship, with a focus on key accounts.
• Participate in seminars, presentations, etc. representing the company.
• Collect market information and conduct market studies.

Key Requirements:

• German and/or French speaker.
• Civil, Mechanical or Electrical engineering degree or a business degree with working experience in real estate / construction industry.
• 2+ years relevant work experience in the field of project management/execution and/or sales in building (material) industry.
• Good interpersonal and business negotiation/communication skills.
