Your Role
This role will be responsible to provide day to day support to the customers, field sales and sales organization representatives to support the overall sales process in their respective sales areas. Responsible to drive transactional and repeat sales in the region. Key performance areas cover:
- Responsible to manage all incoming leads and managing Transactional opportunities (define, quote & close).
- Responsible for the handover process including order booking for all opportunities and order follow-up.
- Collaborate with Respective Sales team members to build pipelines and close opportunities.
- Support customers & sales team in claim handling and communication.
- Manage operational support for field sales.
- Research inactive accounts for sales opportunities.
- Prospect new accounts & process leads to field sales team in the region.
- Facilitate company communications to customers base when needed.
- Support in preparing/organizing trade events.
- Other duties as assigned.
Authorizations necessary for the above-mentioned assignments as granted :
- ISO standard QEHS - All Employees have the responsibility to follow our procedures and to work in a safe and healthy manner. All Employees have the authority to stop activities that threaten our Zero Harm and Right-From-Me policies (This need to be included to safeguard compliance for the ISO standard)
- Authorized to represent Kanthal externally within framework of role and function (employees, customers, suppliers, authorities, association etc) in relation to the job role.

About You
You hold a college degree, preferably in technical/engineering education.
You shall have minimum 2 years of experience in Sales Support role in an engineering company. With good commercial knowledge, as well as product and customer understanding.
You shall have a strong service mindset with excellent communications skills. Detail-oriented, able to manage multiple -task, a good team player to work well in a high pace sales organization.
Excellent written and spoken English skills is preferred.
