活动合作经理

 

主要工作内容:

 

  • 确定合作伙伴和赞助机会,并推动现场活动以推动业务增长

  • 与内部团队合作,创建卓越的销售工具,包括活动场地文件和方案提案,为Fotografiska 上海和潜在合作伙伴建立品牌合作机会

  • 与活动制作、活动内容部门、餐饮团队和其他场馆内相关部门合作,建立盈利且具有竞争力的活动产品,以满足客户的需求(人员配备、技术、菜单等)

  • 确定关键合作伙伴关系,将商业讨论转化为合作合同,并跟进后续活动事宜

  • 通过一系列业务开发活动,不断拓展潜在合作伙伴

  • 建立一个由艺术策划人员、作家、多媒体作者、艺术家和设计师以及行业人士、代理和供应商等人群组成的社交群体,以获得更多战略合作伙伴并推广Fotografiska品牌

 

岗位要求:

 

  • 本科及以上学历

  • 3年以上在业务发展、活动策划、合作伙伴关系或销售/营销方面的经验

  • 熟悉大型跨国公司品牌或商务合作流程

  • 建立合作关系、保持关联、最终达成合作合约的能力

  • 拥有丰富的高端跨行业合作资源 

  • 优秀的中英双语交流沟通能力

 

Main Responsibilities:

 

  • Responsible for developing business partnerships, including the introduction and execution of large corporate events, small special events and fashion shows, etc.

  • Identify partnership and sponsorship opportunities and manage onsite events to drive business growth.

  • Work with internal teams to create compelling sales tools including decks and proposals developing a narrative and establishing brand alignment for Fotografiska SH and prospective partners

  • Working with Event Production, Programming, F+B, and other property-level teams to establish profitable and competitive event offerings to meet clients' needs (staffing, tech, menus, etc.)

  • Translate commercial discussions into deals, and follow up on follow-up activities.

  • Continuously expand potential partners through a series of business development activities.

  • Engage a standing network of culture makers, writers, digital producers, artists, and designers, as well as industry, agency, and vendor relationships for added success, strategic partnerships, and promotion of the Fotografiska brand

 

Qualifications:

 

  • Bachelor’s degree or advanced degree

  • 3+ years of experience in business development, event planning, partnerships or sales/marketing

  • Familiar with brand or business partnership process of large multinational companies

  • Ability in relationship building, networking and deal-making

  • Resources for potential high-end cross-industry partnership leads

  • Excellent bilingual communication skills in both Chinese and English
