Key responsibilities:
•  Responsible for the "front-end" work of product development. Complete the crane
product requirements definition and concept design independently or with the
cooperation of the domestic team.
•  Responsible for the review of the product scheme, detailed design and prototype of the
crane and put forward relevant improvement suggestions.
•  Responsible for the pilot prototype evaluation, trial related support work, as well as
necessary marketing, service and other pre-sales and after-sales technical support work.

Key requirements:
•  Systematically master relevant technical standards, norms, procedures and regulations,
especially relevant European standards and international standards
•  Ability to independently complete product demand research, conceptual design, test
scheme design, scheme review (including risk analysis, DFMEA and other reviews).
•  Familiar with 2D / 3D drawing software, Ansys and other tool software.
•  Good at communication, with excellent expression skills, able to work with domestic and
foreign teams to complete technical research, product development and other work.
