KEY RESPONSIBILTIES:

• Lead the commercial asset management team and achieve business goals (Leasing &Operation).
• Develop asset management strategy and make business plan.
• Asset and operational analysis.
• Develop plans for asset positioning, leasing strategies, rental prices, etc.
• Business negotiations, contract signing and management, communication with internal and external stakeholders.
• Promote the company branding in local Chongqing market.

KEY REQUIREMENTS:

• Bachelor’s degree or above.
• At least 5 years of experience in commercial asset management
• 2 years of team-management experience.
• Deep know-how of commercial asset management practice and trend in Chongqing market.
• Good business savvy.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to manage upwards.
• High EQ.
• Fluent English.
