Main purpose of the job / Mission岗位 / 任务 目标
Support sales managers on IB and commercial data analysis and insights, own Lead Management and Customer Segmentation process in Service division, manage the leads pipeline through in-depth IB analysis and support service division manager to drive and optimize the process and conversions.
Key Task
- Own, implement and manage the Lead Management Process for China Service division.
- Execute customer segmentation together with sales managers. Applying tools and guidelines provided centrally to identify the key opportunities in the market.
- OneCRM service business owner and superuser.
- Support organization in fostering correct and consistent use of OneCRM.
- Ensure data quality and consistency.
- Collect, prioritize and share local business needs/requirements. - Support business managers to analyze commercial data across relevant databases
- Supporting the development of global dashboards
- Responsibility for mapping and fulfilling data-analysis and dashboards needs. - Support on annual business planning process and handshake reviews.
Competencies, experience and attitudes to do the job 岗位所需技能、经验及态度
Knowledge:
- B.A. or master degree in data analyst / or Finance / Economy / engineering
- At least 5 years of fulltime working experience in business analysis or relevant experience with demonstrated analytical capability
Skills:
- Passionate about working with complex datasets and ability to translate date into actionable insights to support strategic decisions
- Capable with end-to end analytics development experience in data mining, data analytics, business analysis advanced working knowledge of data retrieving and processing
- Good business acumen, to drive the opportunities into actions together with business team
- Strong knowledge on MS Office tools, proficiency in excel and data visualization tools (e.g. Power BI, Tableau, etc)
- Experience in CRM and leads management
- Proven problem-solving skills, able to work independently under pressure and deliver high quality results
- Proactive personality and good communication skills
