Job responsibilities:
- Under the guidance of company policies, lead the team to develop lighting markets in Europe, America, and Asia Pacific, and achieve personal and team sales goals.
- Provide guidance, supervision, and management for the business development work of salespeople.
- Understanding the market needs of different foreign customers, promoting new products in a timely manner according to the company's marketing strategy, and regularly obtaining customer feedback on purchased products;
- Collect market information and provide constructive suggestions for the company's new product planning.
- Provide suggestions and support for departmental marketing activities, including organizing exhibitions and using online promotion platforms.
Requirements:
- More than 2 years of experience in developing plant lighting markets in Europe, America, and the Asia Pacific region.
- English can be used as the working language and can accept business trips.
- Capable of independently leading a team to participate in international exhibitions and visiting clients on site.
- Familiar with international trade processes and understand international business legal provisions.
- Strong personal development ability and experience in developing clients.
