Key Responsibilities
- Manage all sales leads, clinical demands, customers and distributors within a defined territory.
- Build strong relationship with customers.
- Manage or assist area sales manager to manage the distributors in the defined territory for continuously growth.
- Provide professional product training, demonstrations and related technical support.
- Collaborate with equipment sales, distributors, marketing team and support teams to improve customer experience.
- Collect, analyze, and present field sales data to assist with strategy planning and implementation.
- Organize customer training, workshop, seminar or related academic activities in field.
- Monitor competitor activity and competitors' products.
- Monitor performance of distributors
- Keep up to date with the latest clinical data supplied by the company.
Key Requirements
- Degree in medical field (e.g. medicine) or scientific (e.g. biology).
- 2 years medical consumables/pharm sales experience or 1 year IVF center working experience.
- MNC work experience.
- IVF consumable sales experience is preferred.
- Strong interpersonal and Communication skills.
- Consultative selling skill.
- Organizational skill.
- High willingness to travel primarily within the region. (80-120 days annually).
